Return & Exchange Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery:

2. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location.
3. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped during official business days.
4. A tracking number will be sent via SMS or email.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address and follow up on the shipment with the courier company.

6. Return and Exchange Policy:

7. In the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged order, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
8. Coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is clear damage.
9. Orders cannot be canceled once handed over to the courier company.
10. The customer shall bear the shipping and return fees, as well as payment gateway processing charges, if the return is for reasons other than product damage or an order mistake.
11. In cases of returns or exchanges, refunds will be processed within 6–16 business days after the returned shipment is received.
12. The customer bears any re-shipping fees if the order needs to be re-shipped for any reason, including failure to receive the shipment, entering an incorrect or incomplete address, or failing to respond to the courier within the designated delivery window.

13. International Shipping and Customs Fees:

14. For orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer agrees to pay any customs duties or taxes levied by the customs authorities in the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
15. Failure to pay customs duties in a timely manner may result in delays, additional charges, or the return of the shipment. If the shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs fees, we reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping and return costs.
16. Please note that international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable; therefore, please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
